Perhaps the greatest anime of all time and the film that spurned the explosion of the anime craze, I humbly give you “Akira”. Directed by Katsuhiro Ôtomo this 1988 Japanese classic is the unquestioned king of this exploding genre, literally changing the trajectory anime worldwide and establishing itself as a must see for all serious movie fans.

From the classics like Alice In Wonderland(which seems more like the story of an insane acid trip) and Sleeping Beauty to the modern masterpieces like Aladdin and The Lion King. But computer animation takes the experience to a whole new level. I went in to “Nemo” with high (no pun intended) expectations…I wasn’t disappointed.
